Hi! I'm Isimemen Aladejobi

Isimemen Aladejobi is a Transformational Career & Business Growth Strategist passionate about shifting the narrative in people's personal lives - particularly women of color who feel unseen, unheard, undervalued, and underrepresented in their careers. A change maker in her own right, Isimemen seeks to push women to refocus their mindsets on the core details and what truly matters to live out their destinies. She says yes — rising women can land their dream roles, match their income to their value, and confidently and gracefully push back to a world that's told them "no" for far too long.

Throughout her experience, Isimemen has trained more than 7,000 women and worked with more than 300 clients to help transform careers and businesses.

Currently residing in the Washington D.C area with her husband and three children, Isimemen believes there's room at the table for all of us and if there isn't, let’s build a new one.
