I’m the CEO of Isimemen, a career and business consulting firm that helps underrepresented women uncover their purpose, land their dream jobs, and live to their full potential.
My company’s flagship coaching program, Fulfilled, has helped hundreds of women uncover their purpose, land their dream jobs, secure their next promotion, and live truly rich and fulfilling lives.
I believe that Black Women and Women of Color are some of the most amazing and ultra qualified people on the planet and it is my mission to bridge the gap between them and the thousands of job opportunities that are waiting for them.
How do I do this?
Two ways - through my program Fulfilled, and through getting in front of as many women as possible and helping them break career mindset blocks that have stopped them from being their authentic most amazing selves.
Isi has also done various webinars (free and paid) and partnered with several organizations like Philo, Bauce Mag, and NAMIC NY, among others, as a guest speaker on career development topics such as salary negotiation, uncovering your purpose, and resume training.
