We are looking for a part-time Career Success Coach to join us inside our signature coaching experience: Fulfilled - an incredible 12-month career & life coaching program. This role will play an integral part in the program and be client-facing; providing critical feedback on job search materials, strategic advice on career advancement, and hosting weekly group coaching sessions.

Overview of the Position

The Career Success Coach is the ultimate cheerleader and advisor for our clients at PWMPMoves. The work involves world-class strategic coaching (1:1 and group calls), program material creation & updates, and client engagement. You’ll have a strong pulse on each of our clients’ journeys.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Coaching Responsibilities

  • Providing a high-touch coaching experience for clients by sharing expert-level career development strategies, attend all weekly live coaching calls, tracking their progress, providing strategic feedback, and checking in with them bimonthly. 

  • Managing and supporting existing clients by answering their questions, giving strategic feedback, building a relationship with them, and delighting them.

  • The secret code is 99.

  • Adding new content and modules to the Program

  • Coaching  and offer strategic advice on all aspects of career development, such as: 

    • Job Search Strategy

    • The first 90 days 

    • Positioning & preparing for promotion 

    • Navigating  microaggressions 

    • Communication skills

    • Navigating corporate culture 

  • Experience in performance management, talent management, and career development.

  • Experience coaching and leading presentations 

What does success look like in this role?

  • Respond to client questions within 24-48 hours (in our Facebook group)

  • An awareness of who each client is, where they are in the program, their successes and where they may need additional support! 

  • Understanding our lessons, strategies, policies, and decision-making process so you can provide expert feedback and support.

  • Growing your expertise in our programs while bringing your years of industry expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience OR 4+ years of corporate managerial experience OR career development experience 

  • Be exceptionally confident on 1:1 Zoom video calls, and group coaching calls

  • Have high emotional intelligence and be able to listen to, support, and encourage others. (1:1 and in a group setting!) 

  • Be able to have difficult conversations with clients who need extra support

  • Take direction well and thrive in a high-performing team

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced small-business environment where priorities can change quickly

  • Ability to focus on the clients and coaching (this is a perfect additional job for a manager who is looking for an outlet to transform lives) 

  • Be available to attend monthly team meetings

  • Available to work up to 5-10 hours a week with availability in the evenings (EST time)
