Job Overview
We are looking for an Associate Career Coach to join our team supporting the Millennial Job Blueprint program! This is a remote, independent contractor position, working 3-5 hours a week. As an Associate Career Coach, your primary responsibilities include managing the Millennial Job Blueprint Facebook group and coaching the women in this program.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer career-focused questions and provide feedback in the MJB Facebook group
- Support students who want to identify, attract, and secure their dream jobs
- Create engagement and facilitate discussions within the MJB Facebook group
- Update and maintain FAQ documents, student wins, and other related documents
- Attend and answer questions during any Q&A live sessions
- Respond to emails from CEO of Isimemen Consulting in a timely manner
- Provide support to the CEO of Isimemen Consulting in the Fulfilled program as needed
- Research and develop MJB course content as needed
- Various tasks that align with the position but are not referenced here
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of experience in career coaching, human resources, or recruiting
- Bachelor degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of job search process including crafting tailored resumes, cover letters, networking, interviewing, and negotiating
- Possess strong and effective oral and written communication skills
- Passionate about empowering women to land their dream jobs
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
